Instructions for Use

• Take a red bean–sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Brush on dry teeth for about 2 minutes; the fine foam is more easily absorbed.
• After brushing, the toothpaste can be dissolved to make a homemade mouthwash for rinsing, helping maintain freshness and enhance antibacterial effects.
